The association has been invited to take part in the 2025 Duisburg Fun Dragon Boat Race.
The International Cultural Exchange Association Rhein-Ruhr has forged strategic partnerships with brands such as Voice of the Yangtze River Delta, jointly creating a showcase for Chinese culture on this world-class stage. Over three days of intensive programming, we built a multi-dimensional, three-dimensional cultural-communication matrix that seamlessly wove the essence of Chinese civilization into the festive spirit of the dragon-boat races.

We are a bridge that never closes. Curators, thinkers, makers and emerging leaders from five continents step across languages and longitudes to sit at one long table—sharing ideas and forging friendships. From salons on the banks of the Rhine to roundtables in the cloud, every handshake shortens the distance between worlds.

Stage lights and museum domes are only the beginning. Through curated exhibitions, forums and artist-in-residence programmes, we bring street graffiti, classical opera, digital lightscapes and intangible heritage into a single frame—giving birth to new artistic species that are cross-cultural, cross-media and cross-generational.

When algorithms meet opera and AR overlays frescoes, culture acquires a programmable soul. We run labs and incubators where immersive theatres, blockchain artworks and zero-carbon exhibition concepts move from sketch to reality—redefining the boundaries of “seeing” and “participating.”
